My Story

I was raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, in a close-knit family that believed deeply in helping others and giving back to the community. Long before real estate, I spent years serving alongside my family in the local volunteer fire department, eventually earning my EMT certification at 18. Those experiences shaped my calm approach, strong work ethic, and passion for guiding people through important moments in life.

Today, as the Broker/Owner of Vivid Land Realty, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate real estate with confidence through education, communication, and personalized service. Whether I’m working with buyers, sellers, or fellow REALTORS®, my goal is always to create a supportive experience built on trust, strategy, and real results.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband Pete, my daughter Caitlin, my son-in-law Jaren, and our three cats — Nala, Opal, and Otis. We enjoy cooking together and entertaining family and friends. One of the things I’m most proud of is raising a daughter who is strong, confident, and driven.
